Health is Consciousness
Nervous Tension
Nervous tension is the sensation that we perceive in times of great stress or great apprehension due to the imminence of the occurrence of some fact that causes worry, fear, anxiety or terror. Ex.:
-
Eve of a difficult test;
-
Go through a challenging situation;
-
Wait for the result of a medical examination.
In persistent conditions, where the person is constantly tense, it becomes a pathology. Nervous tension is something normal before or during a risky situation, not always, being a natural process related to coping or escape mechanisms. Nerve tension usually triggers strong muscle tension, which can affect the shoulder, neck, and lower back pain. It can cause tachycardia, panic attacks, sweating as well as generate intestinal problems and perceived weakness in the legs and arms. Chronic cases usually disturb sleep, leading the person to irritation, as well as causing tremors in the arms region.
Reflexology treatment is very effective because it acts quickly to normalize the physique. I will work in the opposite direction to the establishment of the problem, addressing:
-
Muscle relaxation;
-
Nerve normalization;
-
Anxiety reduction;
Basic therapy should be stimulated in the following reflex areas:
-
Pineal ;
-
Spine, with an emphasis on cervical and lumbar;
-
Lumbar area;
-
Shoulder muscles;
-
Head;
-
Hallux therapy. Improves SN acceptance in relation to therapy;
-
Shoulders;
-
Knees;
-
Tension Point;
-
Nerve fibers;
Then I will look for the root cause and work with the Reflexotherapy approach:
-
Fear;
-
Insecurity;
-
Low esteem and confidence;
-
Crisis of anxiety and panic;
-
Concern;
-
Feeling of being lost (don't know what to do, how to face it);
-
Fault;
-
Toxic and repetitive thoughts.
