Torticollis
Torticollis is an involuntary tension in the neck muscles, causing discomfort and stiffness in the region, causing it to tip to the right or left side. Common causes:

Poor posture during sleep;

Muscle tension;

Sudden movement of the head;

Inadequate positioning.
It is a problem that requires medical verification, to rule out problems such as neck and spine injury. If there is no well-defined cause, the doctor will be able to investigate the possibility of thyroid problems and even a neck tumor.
